Signature

The Two Must-Order Dishes

Signature Liangban Pork at Guoshi Luwei

Liangban Pork

Our best seller. Pork boiled fresh and sliced thin, dressed in our own red chili-oil sauce — fragrant, spicy, satisfying, better with every chew. Locals walk in with one line: “A jin of Liangban Pork, please!” Great with rice, with drinks, or to take away.

Signature Sweet-Skin Duck at Guoshi Luwei

Sweet-Skin Duck

Sichuan's sweet-skin duck — ours is braised first, then fried: crackly skin, tender meat, just the right sweetness, never greasy. Kids and grandparents both love it. Take one back to Chengdu — perfect. It sells fast; call ahead if you're coming from far away.
